Spatial Design And Build has been established for several years and before that lies 30 years experience at Senior Manager or Director level Building Surveyor / Project Manager / Director.

During that time, our company has grown substantially. This has been achieved through listening to our clients, partnering with the best, and working as a team with a shared vision: to deliver an innovative quality product on time and within budget.

So how do we do it ?

We will analyse your current and future needs for total area, storage, meeting rooms, seating and desking, client facing areas, IT, food and drink preparation, etc. Once this information is gathered we will work to plan possible layouts that work for you.

We will produce concept designs with finishes and fittings that work. We can provide all types of office furniture to compliment the layout.

Our staff manage the workers, contractors, managing agents, suppliers, deliveries to ensure smooth, hassle free schedule and snag free handover.

Primarily we are office design, office fit out, office refurbishment and interior fit out contractors.

However, with a small works team we are happy to undertake relocation and minor works and are used to working under all types of contract.
